Check out our bulletin board in the hallway.
Also, our Big Pals came to our classroom today to help us create books about our family stories.

When you become an expert, you can teach someone how to do the task. Working in small groups, Kinders are working on an informational poster to teach: How to get dressed for winter recess, step by step!
After the early snow storm that gave us a sheet of ice on the playground, the Kinders got creative and made their own ice puzzle. I love how intense they worked to make the pieces fit and match into the space.
Excitement filled the classroom all morning while we waited for recess to arrive on our schedule! Also, we went outside a few minutes early, just because we couldn't wait any longer.
Please join us at 11am on Friday November 15th for a family lunch, Thanksgiving style. $5 per person for visitors
Mark Breen, guest teacher from the Fairbanks Museum, visited Kindergarten today to teach on the topic of Weather Predictions. Maybe we have some future meteorologist among our group, like Gary Sadowsky on WCAX. What a fun job that would be!
